Breakout structure designed to help you get the tips and tools
you need to advance through the Spirit of Success program.
Since each level of the SOS Program has different needs, we
are going to categorize the breakouts by SOS Levels: |

Consultants - Whether Trainee, Consultant or Senior Consultant, at this level the
business is about recruiting and cooking dinners. Attend this session to receive
information on how to move up to the Group Manager level. |

Group Managers - As a Group Manager you are at the beginning stages of
earning your Dealership. You are now working with a group of people. This
session will show you how to keep your own personal recruiting and cooking
activity up while you begin cultivating your Diamond mine. |

Distributors - Distributors, you are one step away from your own Saladmaster
Business. As a Distributor you know what it takes to keep building your business
while keeping up your personal activity. This session will show you how to set the
stage for that next big step while keeping recruiting the center focus of your
attention. |

New Business Managers - This level works with new recruits, training and getting
them started. This is a fairly new level that deserves a lot of attention. As
important as the recruiting efforts are to us accomplishing our vision, this session
will help New Business Managers keep what’s most importantly at the center of
their attention - new recruits. |

Dealers - As a Dealer, how much time do you spend personally growing your
Dealership? What effort do you put into your recruiting practices? This session
will go through the importance, roles and payoff of keeping the recruiting acidity
high in your Dealership. |
