Dealers will phone in to 817-652-8138 (Brenna) OR 817-652-8113 (Tammy) to reserve general
session seats for the convention.

Payment for those seats must be made at the time the reservation is made. See below for
registration rates.

DATES TO CALL IN:

Grand Master Dealers - June 9 / beginning at 10:00am CST

Master Dealers & Junior Master Dealers - June 11 / beginning at 10:00am CST

All other Dealers - June 12 / beginning at 10:00 am CST

SEATING AND PAYMENT:

Seats are sold on a first come, first serve within your allotted time slot basis.

Click the seating chart on the right for an enlarged view so you can start
planning the section you want to sit in. Study this and have a few alternate choices ready.

You can pay over the phone with a Credit or Debit card. You also have the option of paying by check, but the seats will only be held for 5 days and then released if the check has not arrived by that time.

REGISTRATION RATES:

Convention Registration Early Bird Special - register by July 1
and pay only $195 Per Person*

Convention Registration Per Person* - $250 (registered July 1 - Nov. 17)

Convention Registration Per Person* - $295 (registered AFTER Nov. 17)

*includes meetings and meals listed in the convention brochure

Beginning on the dates you are available to reserve seats, you will be able to reserve your general session
seats with a deposit for $100 each. The remaining balance will then be charged to you on October 31. Whether you reserve your seats at the $195 rate (thru June 30) or at the regular $250 rate, you will only need $100
deposit per seat. Again, the remaining balance will be charged on October 31 for any seats you have not
cancelled by that time.
